How to contact poslaju for tracking inquiry or arrange custom delivery schedule
Sometimes you may need to contact Poslaju yourself to arrange a custom delivery schedule, for example if you missed a delivery because not at home or working. Or if you just want to get a faster delivery for urgent items or Poslaju status is stuck and you want them to deliver, you can follow below guide to contact Poslaju.
1. Visit Poslaju live chat page at working hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

2. Click livechat button at bottom right corner and enter info to start chat.
3. Click start chat and tell them your tracking, you can ask them info and status about your tracking.
You can ask status about your tracking, if your tracking is stuck or slow, or if you not at home previously when they deliver, you can ask them to deliver at a custom time, or you can tell them you want to pickup at their hub near you.
